This was a last minute booking on the way back from Southern France and the owners could not have been more accommodating. The site was very pretty with private pitches. There was a really lovely relaxed feel to the campsite with lovely clean facilities and a brilliantly clean swimming pool. You could order bread for the morning and could buy wine, eggs and ice-cream on site. Although we didn't take bikes lots of people did and there seemed lots to explore in the surrounding area. We needed to take our dog to vets for her tapeworm tablet and there was a vets 2km away who were very helpful. Would definitely recommend for families with young children.

What a beautiful spot. Very helpful owner, immaculate pool, huge tree-lined grass pitches and fresh bread available to order. We will be back. 🌞

We were greeted by a lovely man who carefully explained where everything was and where our pitch was located and we took the opportunity to order a baguette for the following morning. The reception office has a good collection of brochures and information on attractions and places to visit in the area as well as locally produced honey, wine and other products. The site is spacious with lots of shrubs and mature trees. Views from many of the pitches are of the rolling countryside that surrounds the site. There is a road that passes near to the site, but it has little traffic overnight and did not really disturb us. Fresh water is available at several locations around the site and there are two unisex facilities blocks. These both have showers, toilets, sinks, dish washing and clothes washing areas. The one next to reception is not quite so busy as the one further into the site. There is a swimming pool with fencing and a safety gate to keep unaccompanied small children out. There is also a play area for small children and an area with sunloungers. The site is quiet and very relaxed. An excellent place for a single night stop over or for a longer stay.

Beautiful campsite, the pitches are huge and private. The toilets/shower areas are spotless as is the rest of the entire site. There are beautiful flowers everywhere with little seating areas dotted around. There is a swimming pool, laundry facilities & game areas. Phillipe was so lovely and accommodating, willing to help on any query we had. You can place an order for fresh bread and croissants daily and it is so cheap. The view of the sunset we had from our pitch was unbelievable, will definitely return here.We were travelling from the Tournus direction and the sat nav guided us down a road called Route de Porte which led to a height restriction of 2.2 metres (no good for motorhome/camper van). I would advise travelling in to Pont de Vaux and accessing the campsite from that direction.

Good camping. Spent couple of nights here before heading further south. Nice swimming pool, good, clean toilets and showers. Places are private and big.You can get fresh bread every morning and there is a little caravan with lots of books and toys. The owner is nice and helpful, does not speak English very well but with a mix of Dutch, English and French everything worked out fine :)Most of the people there were Dutch retirees with caravans, there was only one other young couple with a tent. But for us that meant that it was a nice and quiet place and that the swimming pool was mostly empty ;)
