What a lovely place! Very welcoming and helpful and they speak English. good pitches for camper vans, very clean shower and toilet blocks, the lake is 20 mins max walk and beautiful would definitely recommend this camp site five stars definitely thank you for a lovely stay oh and dogs very welcome as well!
I would not recommend this place! First, the lady at the desk didn’t really know what she was doing but I couldn’t really blame her because she didn’t speak a word of English. Secondly, the toilet were DISGUSTING there was only two holes with a toilet over it (that was disgusting) and a few holes in the floor with a door and of course no toilet paper. Thirdly, the shower was horrible, you had to pull a chain for the water to come out and only a sprinkle of water comes out (which made it very awkward to shower), there were bugs everywhere and it was just not clean at all. Also, the sinks were just as bad with no soap and were just disgusting. The only good things about this campsite was the pitches and the view. If you really really really had to come here I would recommend bring a toilet, shower, sink, soap and toilet paper😂
Unless you have a campervan and are self sufficient this is def one to avoid. The toilet block was the worst I have ever seen it was absolutely disgusting. I braved a shower the first night and honestly felt cleaner after swimming in the lake, and the toilets were even worse!! There was no femine hygiene facilities, no toilet paper, no soap and worse of all there was only one proper toilet the rest were urinals or holes in the ground none of which had a proper flush. There was also no access to drinking water on the site. The only positive I can give is that the pitches were spacious and had plenty of privacy.
This is a beautiful campsite, in a beautiful area, with lots of sports amenities. The only let down are the squatter toilets. Good if you can use them, if you can't, you're in trouble. It's a very good value-for-money site, however, and offers free WiFi, with 30 minute connections only.
Just had a overnight stop at this campsite2 persons 18 euros with electricity mid JulyVery nice staff which speak English4 tennis courts in good conditionThere was a food van in the evening which has a variety of items, a bit slow but niceThe campsite does a French breakfast for 6 euros very good valueOnly negative the toilet block had 5 toilets, 3 of which were stand up jobs, the other 2 sit down onesSo, we would definitely use this location again
