I can see what the fuss is about regarding the owner - he is trying to keep his business clean and safe and has a lot of rules which are all perfectly reasonable, it is just his style. Having read other reviews I was super helpful and non-defensive (he runs a mini quiz past you to make sure you have read and understood the rules). So go in understanding it isn’t a personal challenge to you, he just has high standards of behaviour.That said, it wasn’t very busy, but it is a lovely location and they are making a real effort.

For those who know, this is a wonderful and well organised place. The facilities are great and extensive, and all Adult interest are accommodated. A llot of deep thought and carerful work has gone into this site. We enjoyed it immensly

We stopped by here on our travels and were a little apprehensive because of a few poor Google reviews about the hosts so please read on.We found the hosts to be very helpful and friendly. The venue attracts a lot of non-French speaking nationals so if this is you, please appreciate that you are in France and they speak French! Just try - even if your French is poor and do not expect the hosts to speak German, Dutch, or English! It will make such a difference if you simply try. They will provide the rules in your language for you.Now... the venue itself is wonderful, really well presented, clean, spacious, and with many different indoor and outdoor special areas over 5 hectares! The pool is large 16m x 8m. The photos on Google don't really do the site justice. It is much, much better!The food is really great too. Waitress service at cute outdoor shaded tables and wonderful meals - better than some restaurants we have visited! They really know what they are doing.Overall, this is an absolutely fantastic venue and deserves a much higher score on Google. If you are having doubts, give it a go, you will be pleasantly surprised!

Very clean, staff Very affiliate and helpful. A wonderful place to feal free as an adult. Will be going again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The campsite has great facilities - the pool area is amazing with a heated indoor pool as well as an outdoor pool. The onsite restaurant and shop is great - it's a nice place to eat. The staff are really friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again.
