Visited in mid October and found a very friendly reception, a fair price and very clean facilities in a great location. Quiet and not crowded (I was at the end of the season) I had a great pitch overlooking the river and valley. Great village nearby with a beautiful 15 min walk along and then across the Loire. Everything available in the village (except a coffee before 0900!)Would stay here again!

Basic campsite but with all the facilities you need.The restaurant I was told was excellent, unfortunately we didn't eat there. Takes about 20 minutes to walk to train station for direct train to St Etienne

Fantastic location, visit the gorges or retreat on this site for total relaxation. Facilities a bit dated and some were not open as it was low season (June). Friendly staff and nice pitch for my large caravan.

Nice family friendly camping. Facilities bit outdated. Cafe looks outdated but food is delicious. Very friendly staff. Area is great.

Aurec sur Loire campsite well located.To relax, after a good meal that deserves the term gastronomic, in the wonderful restaurant 🍴 nearby, it's a bucolic place 🏞.As the weather is very nice at the moment and as the end of the year is almost summer, it is a shame that people cannot enjoy this nice campsite.It would be so nice if it was open all year round, even with reduced service.
