CAMPING ET GITES L'ESTELA

Great service and nice camping including small pizzeria.Unfortunatly they had closed the pizzaria while they expected us on the terasse..They did not re-start the oven while French toerists had still a warm pizza on their plate.. Strange experience.

I highly recommend camping L'estela a great starting point for those undertaking the unique Stevenson trail,both our hosts made us feel extremely welcome and looked after us throughout our stay in Chalet Stevenson,tastefully and thoughtfully appointed, the evening meal prepared using the finest freshest local ingredients are truly nourishing and delicious with local wines to match.The simple breakfast served at our early request with warm fresI highly recommend camping L'estela a great starting point for those undertaking the unique Stevenson trail,both our hosts made us feel extremely welcome and looked after us throughout our stay ,tastefully and thoughtfully appointed.The evening meal prepared using the finest freshest local ingredients are truly nourishing and delicious with local wines to match.The simple breakfast served at our early request with warm fresh crisp baguette and choice of three delicious preserves set us up for the steep climb out of the beautiful river valley,we will keep a fond souvenir of our time spent at camping l'estela and highly recommend a stay.

We spent one gorgeous week-end in family. We have rent two spots near the swimming-pool. All is clean and Perfect! Marie-Hélène & Pierre are so warmy hosts! And do not hesitate to test local food for the dinner : you will discover the excellent Sarasson. Paradise for walkers.

Nice, quiet campsite with clean facilities. No motorhome point but owner allowed us to fill up using swimming pool hose pipe. Only negative point is that there is no delamination on pitches 30/31 therefore are used as a short cut and play area for children
