Great campsite with excellent facility’s at a reasonable price! Friendly and informative staff, with clean toilets ans washing up areas. Access to electric and large pitches.About a half hour walk into chamonix or a 10 min bus for €2.Not sure if there was a shop on the site.
Incredible location. Wonderful staff. Fabulous facilities. That is all! We stayed twice in one fortnight for three nights at first, then back the week after for two more. You get a free train pass for easy access to the centre of Chamonix, that being said it is only 4km away anyway!
Really enjoyed our stay here. Great camping services (showers were good, lots of water access points) and some privacy between the lots, which is hard to come by. We liked our spot so much that we extended our stay for another night. Of course the views were amazing and hiking spots accessible from the campsite. Highly recommend.
Lovely campsite, plenty of room on the plots. It's quite at night. And there a bread man who comes every morning at .8.30 with the freshed bread and pastries. Food is gorgeous from the restaurant, and all the facilities are spotless. Hot water in the showers all day.
Amazing location in the shadow of the Mont Blanc range. Visited in July so pretty much the peak season and there was some pressure on facilities and from time to time the toilet paper ran out. Not all users cleaned up after themselves, but that's just other people. I found the staff to be very helpful and friendly and the location was just amazing. Subsidised train and bus travel. Buses do get crowded so we opted for trains for the majority of our travels. Pitches drained well in spite of a very heavy downpour on our last night but some standing water in places. Daily bread van at 8am ish and nice sized pitches. Best of all, the view.
