Great clean tidy well laid out campsite. Good quiet location ideal for families and couples. Perfect for exploring the outdoors with easy access to bus routes linking to chairlifts. Very polite, helpful and cheerful staff. Good size pitches and all the facilities you need for camping.
A really great campsite close to Chatel to explore the area. Owners are friendly and helpful and work hard to maintain a very high standard across the site.Pitches are a good size and well maintained.Facilities are immaculate.Really worth a stay.
Worst campsite ive stayed at. The staff are awfully rude and go out of there way to make guests feel uncomfortable. I turned up late due to a flight being delayed and was met by the female owner of the campsite who thought it necessary to shout at me at 11pm causing further disruption to other residents. She then came over the next day to further insult and shout at me due to my late arrival. Seriously would recommend sleeping in a lay by or at the bottom of the chairlift to avoid having to deal with such petty people. 0/10 would not recommend!
A superb campsite in a stunning location. We staid for one week in July. The facilities are excellent and very clean. The staff were incredibly helpful and sorted out fresh bread and croissants each morning as well as the Chatel Multi-pass which is a superb way to enjoy the beautiful scenery. It is in a good location just a short walk from Chatel and close to the mini-golf! We will be back!
My boyfriend and i have a lot of camping experience, and this was by far the best one. (We stayed with our tent in July)- Great location for biking, downhill, skiing, hiking or just enjoying Portes Du Soleil in general.- I don't know how they do it, but we were there for seven days and didn't find one unclean shower, toilet, floor or sink.- They inform you very well of everything (we were there during a particular bad storm and they took really good care of us and gave great tips for staying in a tent during a storm), but also local events and stuff.- It's very peaceful, yet very welcoming towards childeren- Very friendly and helpful staff, they clearly do what they love to do.- There is enough for everybody. Showers, toilets, space at the pool... We were there during summer season and even got the pool to ourselves a few times eventhough the camp-ground was packed. We're defenitly coming back, winter and summer, and strongly recommend. This is exactly what a camp-ground should be like.
