CAMPING LA CASCADE

The views from the site were spectacular. Nothing better than being in a pool surrounded by amazing mountains. Facilities were clean and staff were very friendly. BUT none of the summer facilities or services advertised on the website were on offer save for the pool. No bakery, no snack bar, no kids clubs, no entertainment. An email in advance could have prepared us and allowed us to decide if we wanted change the booking. No explanation was given as to the lack of these facilities. The location meant that without the services of bakery on site my husband had to drive each morning to get breakfast. That having been said it was a good base for exploring the area.

Lovely campsite, spacious pitches, good sanitary facilities, hot water for washing up and a swimming pool. No snack bar at present due to a rockfall. Beautiful surroundings with so much to see and do in the area.

Fine campsite near the Alpe D’Huez. Clean bathrooms and enough space. If you like cycling and camping this is a great place

This campsite is very convenient for anyone visiting Alped'Huez. We stayed there in September, apart from the pool, which was excellent, most of the facilities were closed. The site is very pleasant with good size pitches, divided by high hedges. Would stay again.

The place is perfectly situated at the foot of Alpe d'Huez. In the camping You can constanly listen to the waterfall splashing in the rocks. The places voor caravans, campers or tents are very spacious andere private, a big plus! The staff is very friendly.The sanitary facilities are oké, this could be upgraded andere better cleaned.
