Very warm welcome from Mary who was very helpful, beautiful location and great price…myself and nat spent 3 nights and would of stayed longer if our 90 days wasn’t running out…Overall 100% and I will definitely recommend to everyone.Alfie sends his love xx
Lovely little campsite. Very friendly owners, nice pitches, quiet location with lovely walks and road cycling nearby. Bar, restaurants and boulangerie just a stones throw away. Will be back to this lovely little site 😁
We only meant to spend a few days here but 9 days later we were very sorry to leave and intend to return in future years. This is a small family run campsite. The facilities are a little dated but scrupulously maintained. The owners could not be more helpful. There are a number of statics but most of the site is available for tourers, there aren't too many over night motor home visitors and as a result the campsite had a nice relaxed feel to it. The site is on the edge of the village with two bakers, one small Spar, a butchers, and various other cafes etc all within 200m of the campsite entrance. A small river (Guiers Vif) runs along the side of the campsite which my dog loved swimming in. Just over the bridge is a lovely newly developed park with a beautiful open air natural swimming pool (closed in September when we were there unfortunately). You can walk from the campsite, through this park, and up to St Christophe Les Grottes where there are further walks into the stunning hills. Drive 10 minutes in the other direction to Mirabel and there are amazing views and many more walks.
As far as car camping in France goes, this place is great. A river runs through it, super friendly owners, all the trimmings. Pretty delightful and a quick getaway from grenoble when the summer heat of the city is too much to bear. Oh and my dog also gives this place top marks.
One of the best camping i ever been to, very friendly atmosphere, places are huge, price is low, nice pool 🏊♀️ village in short walking distance fazit: little paradise but pls don’t go there 🤣 it‘s my paradise 🤣 ...highly recommended
