In winter the motorhome services are somewhat limited. The pitches, whilst flat, are bare river sand in early March. EHU is good and WiFi is quite good.Bakery services can be preordered at reception the day before.Whilst we were there the restaurant and shop were closed.

Strange way to deal with a customer- by SHOUTING! Updated review: unfortunately, we made the mistake of returning to this campsite/ caravan park after spending 6 nights here, then leaving. It was so that we could wash our clothes and clean up due to our water freezing up the mountain. I explained that we didn’t need to stay the night, didn’t need to top the tank up or use the floor blue, and paid a small fee that the male owner had suggested after calling the lady to discuss. Shortly after, the lady that owns the campsite came bowling in shouting at my better half, not letting her speak and demanding that we should pay for a full night and that we had deceived them! Very strange! She could’ve simply said that they had under charged and asked for more, which we would’ve happily paid. I then went back to him, offered more money and reminded him that we had an agreement, which I didn’t break- he’d obviously had a bo*****ing and wouldn’t let it go. Shame.Anyway, the location is great if you want to be away from it all, the campsite was cleared of snow every day and the facilities were kept very clean. It’s located just a short walk from the gondola, so you can be in the resort in minutes. The tiling is from the 70’s and it’s by no means nicely finished but it does the job. Shame that we’ll not be coming back again though!

Good campsite. Very close from the cable car that goes to Les Deux Alpes. The only problem that we encountered was that the bathroom is closed for cleaning from 6:30 to 7:30 in the morning and a few toilets and only one sink can be used during this time.If you have the opportunity, try the dishes of the day from the bar/restaurant, because are simply delicious!

We have stayed on this campsite several times for skiing and absolutely love it. It's surrounded by snow capped mountains and adjacent to a crystal clear river so in a spectacular setting. The washrooms and showers always have really hot water and there is a very useful drying room and washing machine. The restaurant on site serves local produce and offers great home cooked food prepared by Stephanie. The ski lift to Les Deux Alpes is a five minute walk away. As the campsite is at a low level compared to the ski slopes you don't need to worry about driving along icy narrow roads to reach it. There are great hikes to do from the site and the birdlife is incredible.

This camping is very convenient, by far best option if you're here for the bikepark. Location is perfect. 3 min ride to the cable car. However the facilities here are really in need of some serious investment. The bathrooms are dirty, from another century and really beyond ugly. I have no idea how is this kind of place ranked 3 stars. In what universe??? One sink with soap for the whole camping ground. Well... really? Toilets that were not cleaned properly for ages. I have to say, I did not expect that and did not enjoy staying here. Hope the owners are considering total renovation because it's a pitty considering the location.
