CAMPING DOMAINE DE LA GRANDE CASCADE

Nice quiet and cosy camping, big and grassy area for pitches, all that you need from sanitary - hot shower, toilets, etc. Very welcome hosts

Lovely campsite, excellent views, excellent facilities. We loved that you could buy frozen water bottles for our cooler from the shop along with nice local beer.Our pitch had a great view, fairly flat, we we were greeted and shown to our pitch on arrival. The main block of 'sanitaires' is modern and well-equipped, plus there is a smaller block further up the field.The site was very peaceful (except for one night when a loud group descended, two of whom decided to come and chat loudly by the fence to look at the view, standing on our pitch for ten mins (?!)) but I think they were possibly asked to be quiet once dark as noise did decrease and thankfully they were only there for one night.We also enjoyed the walk up to the Grande Cascade from the site. Great path, even for a cautious walker like me!Thank you to the team for running such a beautiful, well-maintained site.

Simple, but good camping. Nice and clean, the staff were very helpful and even spoke English, what made it easier to make things clear. In low-season it is very very cheap for just a car and a tent and one person. I bet it isn't too expensive either when you are with more people.

Very difficult to find a fault. Owners friendly, place clean, little shop & bar good. Farm down the road selling delicious dairy products. The only strange thing; there wasn't a sign (that I could see) to point you towards the walk to the grand cascade? Great site, we will return.

Enjoyed our time here. Clean toilets, good motorhome service area, and daily bread order service. Too far from town without transport, but great walks around here. Only criticism was that the pict he's are very small and narrow.
