CAMPING LA GRAPPE FLEURIE

We stayed for one night on our way South. Great pitch with plenty of room. Shower facilities etc spotlessly clean, but no soap for handwashing. Plenty of hot water. Town with restaurants short easy walk up hill. Surrounded by vineyards.

Great campsite. The owners are very committed to providing a positive experience for their customers. Lots of activities provided including a meal and bread service, wine tasting and guided bike tours of the area. Located next to the lovely village of Fleurie with its weekly night market during the summer months made for the perfect setting.Pitches are large and private with water and EHU. 2 sanitation blocks are easy to access from all pitches.All staff are very friendly and helpful.

Located in the heart of Beaujolais 'country'.Interesting site located on a hillside but on terraces. A little tight to manoeuvre the motorhome and the servicepoint was tucked away.Plenty to keep younger children entertained, along with a community room with various games, pool table, table football.

We rented a premium family cottage. Quality was good.Pro:+ Optional airco+ Sound proof cottage+ Good quality+ Great activities for the kids+ Roofed outdoor swimming poolCons:- campsite was loud, lots of noise until late 23:00. No supervision of noisy guests- crappy sheets on the beds- spotty internet

Lovely location and fantastic staff. The pitches are generally shaded so good for hot weather etc but less good if you want some sun. The facilities lack a little for the size of site - you can pay for a private bathroom or else it’s a case of bring your own toilet seat!
