CAMPING CARAVANEIGE DE MONTCHAVIN

Superb camping with a great view (if there are no clouds Mont Blanc is visible). Very clean toilets and showers, washing machine available. Grocerie store, bakery, restaurants and swimming pool at walking distance. The hostess is very kind. Would strongly recommend.

We came here with a group of 9 guys from the Netherlands, all with their own tent. We were greeted by the owner in English and got advice about the area. Everything went very smoothly. The camp we made was spacious enough, the bathrooms and showers were perfect and properly cleaned every day.All facilities were there, from washing to electricity. It would almost be considered glampingThe only thing I struggled with was getting my pins into the ground for my tent. But it's understandable as we are camping on a literal mountain:)

An absolutely wonderful campsite. I went in mid-March in a tent (yes I know it sounds mad) but they accommodated me with a low amp hook up. It has fantastic facilities and is in a beautiful spot just below the very beautiful Montchavin which is your classic old style Alpine village turned ski resort.It all links up to the La Plagne and Les Arcs so you can ski until your legs fall off.I've now been back 3 times and although they have converted some pitches to cabins, I highly recommend it if you want to ski in the winter or summer sports too.

Wonderful location on terraces with stunning view of the mountains! Owners very welcoming and english speaking. Facilities allways clean. Perfect and quite rare location having a proper campsite within a short walk of the Gondola. We will definitely be back but not soon enough!

Quiet small campsite with fantastic views of the Alps.Very friendly reception, clean and spacious sanitary facilities.I will definitely be back one day...
