CAMPING INTERNATIONAL DE L'ILE AUX CYGNES

A great location for watersports and mountain activities. The cycle paths around the region are pretty good.The site's facilities are well maintained with staff members constantly busy ensuring the high standards are maintained. I liked the booking and payment process which was secure and simple. We're planning on returning for a third visit next year.01 Aug 2023The third visit has highlighted improvements. The beach is now covered by life guards at certain times of the day and swimming areas cordoned by floating lines, all highly visible. On Sunday an inflatable water slide was erected which proved very popular.

We called them two days before arrival. They said we should send them a mail with the dates. We mailed them the dates right after the call. Twenty minutes later they replied and ask about telephone number and post address. We saw this 2 hours later an replied. On the next day at 5 pm we get an mail that the camping is fully booked.My problem with this is that they read the mail in the morning and only wrote to me at 5 p.m. that they are full after I had actually already requested the place by mail.So never trust a booking by mail and don’t plan to spontan.

Lovely location on the lake! A nice quiet alternative to Lake Annecy. We've visited twice now. Staff are friendly and accommodating, as they agreed we could check out a couple of hours late. Great location as it's right on the lake and cycle path. You can also easily walk or cycle to a boulangerie and convenience store. A bigger supermarket is also in cycling distance. Great laundry facilities too. The only reason we haven't given 5 stars is because the showers were not hot during our stay.

Stayed at this lovely campsite from the 7th - 12 June 21. Just loved it. Staff on the site could not have been more helpful. The chalet that we hired was spotlessly clean and well equipped. Good shopping not far away. The area is simply stunning, so much to do for everyone, walking, cycling (easy and hard), swimming you name it. Fabulous lake with equally fabulous mountains as the backdrop. Would definitely recommend a visit.

you are not honest.I went to the reception and asked her up to 3 times if they would refund my money if I returned home 2 days before for two reasons: one for work and the other for health.Up to 3 times I asked you if the return would be safe for these reasons.3 times I ask you!!!! Becasuse I worked in a Insurance company for 11 years and I know this thing never are easy.And the older lady at the reception told me no problem on 3 occasions. I have sent you documents about the health problem and about the labor problem.I am not going to ask for a death certificate from a family that is going through grief.but I sent you the link of the news of the death.I have sent you the information about the labor problem, but according to you they are not valid.What bothers me deeply is that I explained the situation to you and asked you up to 3 times if it was safe to get my money back and you cheated me.I will lose 2 paid days, but you lose 15 vacation days each year for 4 families of 4 members. total 16 people x 15 days.Congratulatons, I hope you are happy with my 80 eutos.
