Fantastic little campsite! Laid back, good value, with excellent indoor cooking and lounging facilities, including cats to cuddle :) Thanks for a great stay
Great camping! Super friendly owners and beautiful camping spots near the creak. The camping is clean and the living room with kitchen is a great additional bonus, especially for colder nights and to meet other people (and the cats are adorable). There are some shops nearby with bread and local cheeses.
My partner and I visited with our campervan in 2020 (I know, I'm late in my review). We chose this spot for its quiet and secluded location and mindfulness of the surrounding environment - for example, they have pollinator-friendly zones and environmental focused-events. We had a friendly welcome and a nice spot for our campervan next to a river and forest area. The amenities were simple, but included everything we needed like hot shower, a dish area, and a nice indoor space for relaxing. The cafe for a cuppa in the afternoon was a nice treat. Great location for walking to explore the small village, museum, or walking trails. The other patrons all seemed like minded and it made for a nice atmosphere. This was the perfect retreat for exploring the Chartreuse region.
What a lovely little gem! Great location in the village and backs onto the park with a river. Great value for money (cash/transfer only), the pitches even have a table and chair in them! The chalets look gorgeous. Facilities are basic but clean and functional, helpful to have the indoor kitchen/living room space too. Within 2 mins walk you have an incredible pizza place (not mon/tues), a cute auberge (not Sunday!), a boulangerie that serves €1.50 wine (!) and a deli serving local produce. There’s even a cafe/bar on site! Great location for Mont Grenier walks too :)
lovely camping site, the owners are really kind, there is a kitchen to be used for free and the showers and sanitaries are clean aswell. i would definitely recommend coming by :)
