CAMPING LE CHENANTIER

It was a very nice camping, beautiful location. The cleaning areas were clean enough and there were more than enough showers and toilets. It is close to a bus station with decent arrival times outside of the weekends, the bus also rides to beautiful places to walk from. I agree with others that the diversity of bread that you can order was minimal, but the quality was good. Maybe some more dishwash places would be nice, but we never had any problems with them.

We initially booked one week and ended up spending nearly 4 in the campsite! We found it so ideally located and comfortable we could have stayed longer! Kids are well catered for with a trampoline and small play park, as well as table football and pingpong for the older one's. It has direct access to a lake with lots going on for families. The toilets and showers are adequate and kept clean. It also has a bbq anyone can use as well as shady benches for picnics and socialising. The manager was super friendly and full of good suggestions. Will definitely come back!

One of the best campgrounds on a three month trip. Owners are super nice. Beautiful location, mountain view. Lots of great hiking. Stayed an extra night because it was so perfect.

Great host who‘s got passion for his job even if the day gets busy…

This is a small quiet camping in the middle of beautiful mountains. We had a beautiful stay in one of the places with small numbers with our tent (you don‘t have the big panorama there but it‘s more private, quiet and has more shadow). We arrived after the reception closed, but the responsible was so nice and gave us all needed information via phone. We could even order croissants for the next day. We warmly recommend it and hope to come back one day!
