Family of 4, end of May visit. Perfect site for us, not as regimented as most French sites, so the box hedges didn't take away from the lake view. Staff all really helpful and meticulous in keeping everything clean and functioning. The facilities were spot on, clean loos and showers and everything needed for camping. The pool is perfect for when the lake gets a bit too cold, but the lake is on the doorstep, and pleasant in May. Most of the pitches are level, and as other reports say, the grass is allowed to grow, encouraging wildlife. If the dawn chorus is your thing, then you'll realise how beneficial this approach is. Absolutely love this place.

Absolutely stunning place, literally breathtakingly beautiful. Situated right on a lake with forests surrounding. Ideal for anyone! Reception wasn't very helpful, felt as if you weren't French or Dutch you weren't very welcome. But that didn't stop us having a fantastic time! Will definitely stay again.

Very nice atmosphere, right at the lake, green peaceful environment. Family camping with lots of children and a nice bar to have breakfast or a drink and listen to some music.Jean-Marc, the owner, was really helpful when we arrived late and during our stay.I think we will come back someday :)

We have a camping car and have stayed here a few times before during May time. The location is lovely and staff are delightful. However sadly, with the COVID-19 pandemic my husband and I have found them extremely disorganised. There are no distance markings and no checking up on sanitisation or rules. In the toilet and shower ablution blocks we found empty sanitiser canisters, no distance markings and although there were sign to wear masks hardly anyone adhered to this. We found it necessary to take our own wipes and disinfectants and washed down everywhere before using the facilities. They stand a strong chance of being shut down if they do not stick yo the rules. Not enough supervising. I went to swim in their pool and found the youngsters behaviour outrageous. They were jumping and dive bombing. Then a girl threw a rubber coit that hit me on the side of my face near my right eye.

Loved it!!! Top campsite. Camping, bar, food, pool, etc.. all excellent. The beach and the lake is fantastic. We spent our holiday kayaking, cycling and loafing about. Loads to do in in a beautiful place. Our new favourite!
