CAMPING ET GÎTES DES BAINS

We just returned home from a short stay at les Bains. As we live not so far away from here, we know the area quite well, but never stayed at the campsite before. And what a pleasant surprise it was! A lovely haven of nature at a stone's throw from the town centre. The sanitary facilities were nearby and very clean, there was a good amount of play facilities for our son, and he absolutely loved the pool and the slide.The owners and staff made us feel extremely welcome and went out of their way to ensure everyone had a great time. A special thanks to Norie for your great cooking and the banter about the language skills of my partner :-)The atmosphere at the Friday barbeque was magical, greatly helped by the brilliant accordeonists. We honestly haven't had such a fun evening on any of the many campsites we have visited throughout the years. We can only hope to be returning very soon.

Great camp site in a very quiet environment. We stayed here for one week with our kids (4 and 7). We had a great time and really enjoyed the calm. The camp site wasn’t crowded or anything. Sanitation was up to standards and cleaned every day. Kids enjoyed the swimming pool with slide. Don’t expect too much from the animation, but our kids enjoyed it nevertheless. We had a great time at the camping! The camping has many trees, they give a lot of shade in the summertime. There is lots of grass on the campsite's so walking barefoot is really nice. The owner of the camping is a great guy that sings along with the regular karaoke nights. The restaurant has a mix of French and Filipino food (the Filipino food is my personal favorite!). Everybody is really happy, friendly and always happy to help. The showers are warm and the toilets are kept clean. All in all defenetly coming back next year! Super. Slightly weird food ordering... had to book chips for 20.00 at 17.00. They were there and fine though. Friendly. Toilets and showers a bit tired. Great area and beautiful landscape.

We spent 10 days ( we extended our stay, that's how much we liked it) lovely spot, large spots for tents, shade and sun, lovely atmosphere and great owners. Kids loved the pool, trampoline and mini golf. Lovely staff. All round great little campsite.
