CAMPING MERRY-SUR-YONNE

A delightful campsite in a picturesque and peaceful setting. David and Zach were great hosts and they made us feel really welcome. The pitches are a good size and you can choose the one that suits you best. WiFi was excellent too. The toilets and showers are lovely - no pressing buttons to keep the water on - and spotlessly clean. The bar and shop on site are a bonus and very reasonably priced. Dinner in the restaurant was superb, excellent value and well worth the visit. We highly recommend this lovely little site.

Lovely place and a friendly team working here. Great shop available for supplies and the restaurant is fabulous. The food was amazing and well worth the price.We would definitely recommend this place and hope to be back again in future.Beautiful location with some nice views around (see photo)

My second visit … lovely site where nature is not mown away which I greatly appreciate . Lovely facilities .. always clean. All working there are lovely. Great shop and restaurant … both frequented by locals , visitors and campers. Love this area it has peace and quiet, great walking and cycling !! Rain ( torrential did not stop play). The lengthy electric storm one night was something to behold … and WOW the electric stayed on throughout. Will be back.

Excellent site with both a well stocked shop and award winning restaurant. Shower pressure is amazing. Back drop of meadow, cliffs and woodland. Walks/cycle for miles in either direction along the canal. Very peaceful and as said before ‘not touristy’ .to be recommended.

Peaceful and quiet camping with nice facilities. Felt very homey and clean. The owners were also super friendly and on-top-of-things! Super close to a nice climbing crag, too. Will return!
