We spent a few nights here as a great location for Dinard and Dinan, which were both great. The campsite was almost empty, green and pleasant. If not a little breezy. The toilet block was fine and showers warm. A great view of the estuary. We walked a ten mile loop in the morning it was pleasant
Good for an overnight stop before boarding the ferry at St Malo. The local village (3km away) was beautiful. Basic facilities onsite but a lovely view across the river. 2 large loose Alsatians belonging to the owner were in the bar/check in area so beware if you are afraid of dogs like I am!
Stunning views across the river. Basic but adequate facilities. Nice bar with a extensive range of craft beers. Likes it.
You get what you pay for. (26 euro for caravan and family overnight, without electric - although it is available.) Great site with stunning views across the river and clean, decent facilities included. Don't come in by the scenic route along the shore line, as it gets narrow, bumpy and is a track. You'd then have to reverse into the site pulling a caravan like I had to! Close to the port and very picturesque.
Great location! However, the sanitary block is in dire need of an update, which is a scandalous state of affairs considering you are charged for it's use as an extra, neither is it particularly clean even when the site isn't busy. Also, pay close attention to your bar bill. Despite very clear pricing on the huge range of Breton beers, the staff are apt to charge the highest price for any bottle. The surrounding area is superb, great walks, views, the estuary and local villages and people.
