Latest reviews for CAMPING DU LETTY
Our two bikes were stolen from outside the Reception area on Friday night 23rd July. Another bike was stolen at the same time belonging to another guest and the Management of the site would not even give us the courtesy of speaking to us on this matter instead telling the young staff member on Reception that they had more important business to attend to.We were given the runaround for the following 4 days until we left to catch our ferry home (without our bikes)We feel very let down and disrespected.the most expensive campsite we have ever stayed in but the Management do not care one bit for their guests safety and security.
Ahh, we like Camping Du Letty and last came 11 years ago, however, the kids are bigger now (16 & 14) and it wasn’t quite as much fun this time, despite being significantly more expensive. More suited to small kids - the pool, park, kids club, entertainment - all perfect for them, and maybe paddleboard enthusiasts as the sea is on the doorstep. Would have been better if there was more in Benodet and/or there was public transport to get elsewhere, but there isn’t.All that said, we had a relaxing 5 days, the site is spotless and well maintained, the pitches are a great size, the shop/bar/takeaway are not too expensive, the staff are friendly, the pool is fun and the beach is beautiful.
Great Campsite the staff work very hard and keep the site spotless I didn’t see one overflowing bin or wasp while staying,if the beautiful beach doesn’t take your fancy, the poolIs immaculate and a great boon in hot weather.
Brilliant site Incredible holiday in amazing surroundings. Our 150m pitch was huge and gave a great sense of freedom. Pool is superb and felt safe by being shallow in all areas. The foam parties were a real highlight for our whole group. The blocks are starting to show their age but are clean and functional, probably just need a little redecoration with new tiling and will be perfect. Only real down side is drinks prices in the bar which were so expensive that we only went in twice during 10 days. A little cheaper and we would have gone in most nights as the entertainment looked / sounded great fun
Great stay, lovely staff, Great pool. This is a lovely campsite in a lovely location. The staff are friendly and helpful. They had some new shower blocks which are great. They do a great job of keeping the older blocks and toilets clean, but the toilet block could do with updating. The welcome pack would be better if it included the times that the various camp amenities were open and closed. But a great stay and would visit again.
