Firstly, we are still awaiting a reply from the manager. We stayed in august.The website - all is not what it seems.Heads up: for an extra €4 you can get a ‘suite’ which we was told was ‘with tv.’ However, on arrival this is not the case. We arrived with family. Both booked the same caravan but one had suite the other didn’t.What ‘suite’ actually means is - much better caravan with dishwasher, covered balcony, television and also CLEANED.The caravan … I’ve seen better and cleaner dog kennels in England. When we arrived to our caravan .. it was filthy -from one sweep under the table… what looked to be dog hair, dust, dirt … a swipe on the side with an antibacterial wipe - BLACK. Why should we have to clean the caravan before our holiday?? What a great start …Receptionist (who was also seen to be a cleaner) was of no help when we went up. However, another ‘cleaner’ was sent to clean the caravan, oh and so you know a kart full of children clean the caravans at the end of the stay.Absolute horrible caravan. Let down by the site and the staff were nowhere to be seen. Not how it used to be before 2020 (when we had 3 caravans all owned by family - seems we sold them at the right time). No family vibes any more All about money - I’m sure this ‘review’ will have no reply (just like myEmail) as it seems they’re not interested in YOU unless you have something nice to say about them and their site.However the park at the bottom wasnt too bad for the kids.To conclude; we won’t be back. Neither will our family.

Had a great time here. Good facilities and great staff. Kids club and pools were great. Lots to do all day and near some lively beaches. Mobile home was very well equipped but beds were very poor. Other than that it was 5 star.

A fantastic site! Bel Air has something for everyone. There are 2 amazing swimming pools, huge park and plenty of evening entertainment. The site is always very clean and staff are brilliant. There are many beautiful towns and beaches to visit not too far away.

Remote location 6 miles from the beach. Nice but small pool, nothing open from 12 till 4pm except pool itself. Bar in neighbouring park and like a barn. Park good but not enough. We were there in the height summer but felt like end of season when things are closing down. Never again.
