Been coming here for a few years but due to covid we haven't been for 3years. Now we're back and there's a lot of changes. There are new owners and they have installed a pool which is very nice also they hire bikes. It's still a tranquil place to come. If you like walking or just doing your own thing then this is a place for you.
Been here during the summer around 5 times till 2009 and I've been there now again last week (July 2013).It's quite a small and calm camping, with not so many facilities. It has two nice playgrounds for children (with apple trees hehehe), including table tennis, jeu de boules, basketball rings and a lot more. There are two sanitary buildings which are very clean. I've never been on a camping where the sanitary is kept more clean than here. If you can't find the owner on the camping site, she will probably be there. The owner can express herself in multiple languages including English, so if your French isn't that good it won't matter ;)There aren't any activities organised for children, and there is no swimming pool. There is a path from the camping site to the beach (1km or something), so if you want to swim you can still walk there.Although there is no swimming pool or any organised activities, as a teenager I did have loads of fun here anyway. The price was quite low and the spots to put your tent on are quite big. (Looking around for a bigger spot actually works here, not all the sites are of equal size)Every morning there is a baker on the camping, so you don't have to go to Nevez to get your breakfast. There is a pizza stand near the entrance of the camping on Wednesday evenings and apparently since recently also a creperie stops by once a week.In overall I can really recommend this camping if you want a quiet camping for all ages. If you have children they also won't be bored and the state of the sanitary is a big plus.
My wife & her parents have been coming to this campsite for over 30 years & now with new owners and following the addition of a swimming pool it has made a great campsite even better.
We have been coming here for 14 years, I have been a camper and caravanner for 57years. If you want a quiet uncommercalised site and village there is none better in Europe!
