A wonderful campsite with brilliant amenities...direct access to an amazing beach, fantastic pools and water slides on site, and so brilliant for all members of the family!Well planned entertainment, with sublime yoga sessions on the beach and a fantastic shop with bakery, good bar, and restaurant.Well run, clean and efficient, with brilliant staff in all areas, we couldn't ask for more. Our car battery was flat for our departure early in the morning and a lovely member of the ground staff immediately came to help us, so kind and pleasant about what could have been a real problem. The surroundings are so well looked after, with grounds men constantly working to keep the place looking it's best.A fantastic place for a family holiday
We had an amazing time camping here with our 6 and 8 year old. The paddling pool was excellent as both kids were comfortable and not out of their depth making it relaxing for us. Indoor pool was also fab for a couple of rain days and the beach was lovely. Plenty of people from the UK which was great for the kids to make friends with others. The entertainment was also fab. We were all sad to leave after 10 days and plan to come back again next year 😊
Our overall experience of our stay was great. The pitch was nice, the site was clean and tidy, the entertainment was excellent, and the staff were friendly. The toilets and showers we always clean, the site was busy whilst we stayed and i thought they kept on top of things. We enjoyed all the activities we participated in, especially the treasure hunt. The beech was beautiful, easy to access.Sadly, our experience was tainted by a family camping next to us. every night they we up until 1am and sometimes later every night, being loud and disrespectful to everyone nearby. They had a dog that was not friendly always off the lead and constantly wondering around the site whilst the family were away from their pitch. We made complaints to reception of their behaviour on 2 separate occasions. We are not aware anything was done about it. we were made aware that other people had complained about their behaviour also. Some of our holiday was lost to lack of sleep because of them and we were relived they went home a day before we went home so we could recover.
Thank you for such an amazing holiday. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed. Our pitch was a good size and very close to the facilities. Lots of activities to do for the adults and children. Great location on the beach with lovely cycle paths and a beautiful beach. The children loved the parks and the bouncy castle. Very very friendly and helpful staff. Great entertainment everyday. We will return to Camping La Plage for another holiday!
The facilities here are excellent (ie swimming pools, crazy golf, playground, entertainment)But the cabins are very very small, if you have a family and a bit of rain it is not a comfy place to have a holiday rainy day.The additional costs are also very frustrating. We paid an extra €55 for linen because we didn't want to arrive at 10pm and have to make four beds up, but they don't make the beds that cost is just for them to dump a pile of linen in the cabin. Not nice quality and not enough for us either, we should've just brought our own. €12 per person for towel hire is also very annoying.Shame because the rest of the camp is lovely
