Latest reviews for SUNÊLIA L'ORANGERIE DE LANNIRON
We camped in our own tent. The pitch was spacious with electric and water very close by. The toilet block was just a short walk away from our pitch. Some pitches are really in view of the public (or the numerous other campers) but ours was fairly private. The ground was nice and flat and soft making it easy to pitch the tent and comfortable to sleep on. Space for our car too, and not too close to the tent guy ropes. There are plenty of activities for children around making it quite noisy during the day, but it was surprisingly quiet at night time considering how many people are actually around you. We tried to eat in the restaurant but we couldn't get a reservation, so the snack bar was a welcome extra especially on the first nights stay when we were starving hungry after 11 hours driving, so we got a pizza and some wine.
Stayed for 12 nights in Mobile home suitable for 6 although there were 4 of us (it therefore was comfortable with 3 bedrooms). The two pools were very nice, one heated (covered) & one cooler near the restaurant. One word of warning, there are no lifeguards at the pools so watch your children. The colder pool has 2 safe slides & one for more adventurous. I went down this & unfortunately, must have hit my head & chin. I wasn't aware until afterwards that I was concussed for a few days afterward. The pools are not supervised & there are no warnings.Lots of activities for small children & families etc.g. ziplines & play areas. It was an ideal location for sightseeing & access to small villages, Quimper & many beautiful beaches.
Beautiful place, well run, with excellent summer staff. The photos do not quite do it justice as many are out of date – the whole site has been and is being upgraded. It's in a charming woodland setting that feels a world away from the town – although Quimper centre ville is only 25 minutes walk (or less by bike, which you can rent) along quiet paths. The Sunelia staff were superb and we enjoyed every aspect of our stay.
We had a great stay, lovely location, very short drive into city even shorter to the shops. Walking & cycling off road trail available into the city along river.
Lovely campsite the pitches were among parm trees and Lovely flowers nice walks spotless toilets and showers very nice swimming pools highly recommend
