CAMPING LES ACACIAS

Easy arrival from online booking, all arrival instructions sent and clear. Motorhome pitch, good space around the playing field. Picnic tables available around the pitches. Kitchen with microwave available. Quiet in August, road parallel is noisy, wear earplugs if light sleeper. Toilets and showers good but seems to rely on self-cleaning. Restaurant on site, not used but looks nice. Easy access to Tours along the river on bikes. Good price for the time of year.

Just stayed 4nights, showers /toilets work fine and are clean. Personally I would stay one night at a push . Loud music being played Saturday night till midnight, no warning given when booking in of this upcoming event. One occasion of other resident coming begging for money. So all in all don’t think they seriously consider campers

We turned up at the site after travelling a long way feeling tired but to our disappointment could not drive down the access routes to the pitch as they were blocked by construction vehicles (there wss some groundwork being carried out). We left the site feeling pretty fed up. When I asked the owner for a refund he refused and said we should have found another pitch. We couldn't do this as the routes were blocked. The photos show the vehicles blocking the routes. Feel disgusted with the owners attitude!

Don't go hear if you want to sleep. The music starts early evening and was still going really loud at 2.30 in the morning. This is the worst campsite we have ever stayed on. We left a day early and when we asked for a refund the receptionist told us she couldn't do anything. All she could say was sorry. They need to make their minds up whether they are a campsite or party venue.

Very good camping site, close to everything you'd like to see on the Loire valley. The people working there are very hospitable, friendly and ready to help. The mobile homes are very clean and also they have a bouncy caste for the kids. Highly recommend it!
