Overall a really positive camping holiday with lots to do. We managed to check in early which was a bonus. The private camping pitch we stayed on could do with some maintenance - hedges cut back and ground is just dirt.Really pleased with the amount of things to do for the children. Swimming pool and lakes excellent. The main older lifeguard very helpful. The reason we wont return anytime soon which is a shame - The noise from the drunken groups of teenagers by the lakeside until 1-2am each morning was shocking. The staff/security could have defused this much sooner but let it go on. Drunken teenagers swimming in the lake in the dark and screaming till the early hours of the morning and then running around the campsite shouting. We could hear a fight break out on the last night and then staff/security chasing them around the site. This really spoiled our family holiday with 2 younger children. Stop letting the teenagers get drunk at the bar to then cause chaos till the early hours. Would 100% give 5 star and return if this can be managed properly. Set a noise curfew and enforce it!

We stayed on an electric pitch with a tent for 6 nights, for a reasonable price. From arrival, the staff went over and above to accommodate us and make us feel welcome.Throughout our stay, the staff were all very attentive, and yet we did not feel "watched" at all times. Most of the staff speak multiple languages very well, so communication is easy. The facilities were all very clean and well looked after, possibly the best camping facilities we have ever used. There is lots to do on site, and the small shop has a good selection of necessities and other items. The only thing I would advise other guests, is that power is provided by a French plug connector, instead of the usual camping 16A 3 pin, so 9/10 times you will require an adapter. These are available in the camp shop, but possibly worth a purchase prior to arrival. This may have been on the website, but I missed it if it was!We would highly recommend, and would definitely consider another Sandaya resort for our next stay.

A fantastic stay overall as always. The combination of the lake, waterpark and nature area is fantastic. This was our third visit and we will be back again (even with the improvements listed below). The good+ The new premium rental units were lovely and baby kit was waiting for us on arrival+ Access to the lake and beach around it is lovely+ Extensive waterpark with multiple pools and slides, all in good condition+ The nature area across the road is fantastic. Fellow Deer can be spotted and general upkeep of area is good.+ Communal areas of campsite are tidy and in good conditionThe bad- 20/30 min queue for the shop every morning. You need to sell bakery goods separately to main shop goods and ensure 2 staff are on the tills. It is actually quicker to drive to nearest town and buy bread/croissant- The bar is understaffed with big queues- Toilet blocks by bar are closed. Number of cubicles closed in other toilets. Not acceptable during peak season- One of the playground slides has been off limits since our last visit in August 2023. This needs to be fixed or removed.

Good facilities, managed terribly. I’m writing this review in a line for the bar that’s 15 deep at 3pm in the afternoon with just one person working. The restaurant doesn’t serve lunch and if you go in the evening everything takes 20 minutes (to order a drink, then to get it…). Vegetarian option is one salad, or a basket of chips. Reception staff seem to know nothing, just send you to tourist information. A shame as the location and facilities are otherwise good.

I do not recommend, the staff lie.We stayed in this park after using Sandaya first in Corsica which was amazing. However this did not compare. The place was so dirty, covered in dog hair. I had to buy cleaning products and clean the mobile home myself. My husband is severely allergic to dogs so this was essential I cleaned. We left early and told staff. She said “why are you telling me this” He literally was struggling to breathe but they didn’t care.I since emailed because it was really disappointing and I got a reply with a lie! They said they cleaned the room while we were there but that is impossible as we didn't discuss with the staff because we had already told them that the tv wasn’t working and that the shower was cold and nothing was done. They also lied and said they offered end of stay cleaning but they did not do this either. I left it spotless after buying all the products. The pool was closed for a whole morning because of electricity issues, and obviously no electricity in the mobile home.Disgraceful. I never write negative reviews but this was shocking, the lies are the worst part.
