AIRE NATURELLE CAMPING À LA FERME LE MANDRIALE

We had a great night's stay at the campsite. The tent pitches were shaded and flat with great and clean facilities close by. The owner was very welcoming and spoke perfect English. We ate at the restaurant, the lamb, and it was excellent, one of the best meals we had on Corsica and very good value for money too.A highly recommended site.The ants were not a problem at all by the way, neither was the proximity to the road.

Ants, dogs, and the bloody donkey at 3am.The place is located next to the main street so from 7am till about 8-9pm you will constantly hear trucks and cars.There are literally millions of ants so you will need to kill them first and then plant your tent/park. Do ask for the anti-ant powder to the owner.From the van/camper area you will not see the sea. From the tent area you will. The owner is kind and the staff knows what service means. Toilets were more or less clean. Not the cleanest though.During three nights we “enjoyed” groups of barking dogs, one donkey screaming at approximately 00-1,3,4am. The roaster’s crow starting at 3am was everything but romantic. The restaurant is designed well, the locally produced meat is great but in our case was averagely cooked. Grilling local meat sourced at the local supermarket would have worked just great in our case, however, it was forbidden to grill…Kids loved the animals and the play area. Overall I must say that it was a pretty miserable experience. We thank the friendly staff and from a purely business perspective I appreciate the angle.

Owners super nice👍. One of the few french who speak English. Nice camping with one of the most clean toilets. They look new. The only problem are ants. We woke up to the highway of ants through our tent because we had a hole in it. But that is really not the owners fault. I am impressed with sanitary cleanliness.

Best campsite of our Corse holiday.Clean bath and toilets, incredible friendly staff and good shady tent locations. Easy car access at your pitch location.Bread and crossaint service in the morning. Closeby market and beaches.Fun fact: Animals are a nice add-on for your stay, even for adults.
