We've had a great stay at Le Damier, the people were very friendly. One can pitch their tent where you want, and there is a very relaxed atmosphere at the camping. Toilets and showers are clean. It's about 10 minutes walking to the beach.

The reception and the restaurant looks really nice. Receptionist was really kind. He also speaks english. The rest of the camp is somehow ok but its hard to find space because of old caravans that are all over the camp but no one uses them. Showers are pretty ok, wc looks very old. If you are not too demanding it will be ok. Beach is arround 15 minutes walk from the camp. And they have good pizza :)

We’ve spent a really good time in Camping le Damier!Really quiet and comfortable place for families and friends trips.The bungalow well cleaned and barbecue outside.The only problem we’re the bed linen not included in the booking price, but either paper one(free) or real at 25€ are available in order to help everyone without.

The camping, which is close to Chevanu beach, has a comfortable pizzeria / restaurant where we very much like to go. It only opens during the summer season and in the evening though. The pizzaiolo is one of the kind, the genuine kind, and the pizzas are truly really excellent. The place is serviced mostly by members of the family running the business. Service is friendly and efficient. A vegetarian will have a very pleasant meal by ordering from the pizzeria's menu (the restaurant's menu is for flesh eaters only). To make things even more pleasant, our dogs are allowed to stay with us on the large patio. This is the place to go if you want to enjoy a tasty genuine pizza.

The camping itself is a disaster! When we arrived the guy told us to plant the tent wherever we wanted, so we did it! Then we realized that he told to people from the bungalows to park in our spot... so we got half the spot, and the answer was: oh! Change your tent!Then, the toilets are SUPER DIRTY!They sing every night until super late... and they guy is not nice at all!I honestly don’t recommend this place!
