CAMPING ACQUA E SOLE

Camp is big and there is a lot of space around houses comparing to other camps, however there are so many ants in our house that it is really annoying. They are all over the place, on the ceals, in all rooms, bathroom, on beds. We keep food in fridge and some in the car :(. Before we came it was probably sprayed against ants because there were dead ones or dying ones all over but still new one come and I have fear because of the poison that could be used against them just before our arrival and in the kitchen specially where we need to prepare food. This should have been solved before season. No hairdryer. Problems with hot-cold water. You need a lot of time to bring the water mild for taking a shower. Far away from 4 stars. Also, cleaning the house after leaving house is going to distract us from camping in this way anywhere. We need to drive all day back to home and before trip to clean the house or pay 70€, crazy

Following our stay, we were very disappointed by the lack of cleanliness of the campsite (floor glass bungalow) and the unmaintained paths. The swimming pool was not fully functional following a problem with the bottom drain, non-functional slide, etc. We suffered incessant power cuts... During our stay, we requested intervention for ant products around the bungalow which never took place... We remain very disappointed. The quality of the restaurant does not correspond to the price displayed, only the welcome at the reception was the positive point of our stay. What a shame because the place remains very pleasant!

Good morning,We end our stay in a good mood, after two weeks of relaxation.We are very satisfied with the campsite with a great welcome and good advice.We were able to take advantage of all the services.The swimming pool is very pleasant, our location was also good. We found a clean mobile home when we arrived (which was not necessarily the case in other campsites frequented in recent years)The campsite suffered an inconvenience at the start of our stay, including a major power outage. The situation was handled as best as possible. Especially since the campsite was not the cause. We were able to make a claim for the food we lost. The file was taken into account and processed just before our departure. We thank them once again.Don't hesitate to book at the Acqua e sole campsite, if you're looking for peace and quiet, this is the place to go!We will just add a small downside to the lack of entertainment at the end of the day for children in particular.
