The three stars are for the room …clean and well equipped and the pool area ( one of the best we’ve ever seen ) ….the rest of this site is very poor …scruffy and seemingly allowed to deteriorate without any attempt to tidy up …cut the grass …weed the paths ..replace broken flags etc .We never saw one gardener or maintenance man / woman all the time we were here .I don’t suppose anyone would willingly take the job on …it would be a massive operation to knock it into shape .
