CAMPING PARC LA CHAUMIÈRE

We booked very last minute as a place to stop for the night whilst travelling down to the south of Italy. They were very helpful on the telephone both times we spoke with them and accommodated our late arrival. The pitch was the perfect size for us, we were able to park our large van and pitch our small tent. Facilities were just what we needed and were clean. Campsite was very peaceful, we left very early so did not take advantage of everything the campsite has to offer. The local area looked very lovely and we will definitely be coming back again allowing us time to explore.

We needed a campsite to stop overnight. We called late and the receptionist was very welcoming and said no problem to arrive late.The pitches are a big size, (we got a gravel site but there were grass ones) showers and toilets clean and tidy, hot water in the showers.There was a bingo evening when we arrived. Dogs welcome. There was a park just next to the campsite where you can walk them.Great for the price. Thank you.

We stayed at the campsite for one night with our Bulli and roof tent. The owner was very friendly and even let us in after the actual opening hours. The campsite is cute, well maintained and you feel very comfortable here. There is a bakery just around the corner, so nothing stands in the way of a delicious French breakfast in the tent. We'd love to come here again.

Lovely place.very tidy and clean. Very easy to locate. We showed up with no reservations and even though quite busy there was still space for a small car and a tent.The lady at the front desk was very helpful and lovely. It was easy to locate and the people already there were warm and welcoming. Would definitely come back on another holiday. Also there's a pool and the clothes washing facilities.

If your cycling the EV6 be warned this campsite is a fair way off the route. The staff were very friendly but the pitch site was mostly mud instead of grass and i'm used to sharing with wildlife while camping but there were so many slugs! (due to the tree canopies covering the site I imagine . .nice and shady but not great for keeping grass alive) Also I couldn't get the hot water to work in the shower. Quirky campsite, ok for a night.
