We arrived late at night and we had to make the beds as there were no pillowcases or toilet paper! The person at the reception was not friendly, I lost money, I only spent one night out of the 5 nights I was going to stay, maybe sleeping on the floor would be more comfortable than the bed in the chalet! I do not recommend!!!

Terrible experience. We arrived at the location Dec 23 at 20:00 expecting to leave on Dec 27th but we left on 24th 9am.Beds not done, sheets left in a bag and we had to do it, the floor was more comfortable than the beds, pillows without cover and thin as a paper, sofa was a chair and uncomfortable as seat in a piece of hard wood, no parking enough for all guests and I had to put my car outside and walk in the rain, no internet in the chalet, only in the restaurant or internet room. There was not even toilet paper in the chalet. When we left the receptionist didn't even ask why we are leaving and saind that we need to make sure it's all clean otherwise we would be charge 20 euros per person.I have been in 117 countries and this is the worst service I ever had I my life. No reimbursement, no call back, they only revert to booking.com that what we said was not true and case closed.

What an absolutely spectacular experience. The smallest chalet was the perfect size for two adults and our dog. The area was stunning and the hiking areas close by were outstanding. We didn't use the swimming pool so I can't comment on it - it is heated and was busy. The only negative was that sometimes the hot water didn't work without reason or explanation. But that issue wasn't even enough to remove a star. We loved our week in our little chalet, and we loved waking up to the fresh air and mountains.

Nice surroundings but definitely not the price worth. The house are even more tiny than on the pictures. The beds are 1,80m maximum. For dwarfs a good option but not for normal-sized humans… will have to leave earlier unfortunately.

Lovely setting in Vosges. Very popular with French and German. Bouncing castle and pool popular with the children. Could do with some maintenance and updating in our accomodation given the pricing. Rental of bed linen and towels seemed excessive incomparison to other French stays we have had.
