CAMPING DE RIQUEWIHR

We have stayed at this campsite three times, the first back in 2007. It's a small well run site with plenty of shade and well cleaned and kept shower blocks and facilities.The staff have always been friendly and helpful.The pitches are a good size and are laid to grass and are set under trees, so there's plenty of shade. It is possible to have a BBQ.There are two towns nearby, the old medieval town of Riquewihr is within walking distance whilst shops.can be found a little further away, where you can buy your every day items.The campsite is conveniently located for visiting locals towns and sites and we have used it twice to visit Europa Park, just across the border in Germany at the little town of Rust.There are plenty of Alsace vineyards to visit in the local area plus the pretty town of Colmar, which is well worth a visit.The showers were always hot as we're the wash facilities. A very nice little and well maintained campsite without the frills and extras.Level 9 Google reviewer with over 900 reviews, 75,000 points plus over 10,000 photos and still going strong 💪. This campground is amazing! A pretty new playground, showers, wine tasting, beer tasting, great food trucks, ect. We keep coming back :) This campground is close to so many nice little villages and only 20 minutes to Colmar!

Why isn’t every camping like this ? Reception nice and informative, sanitary clean and modern, plots nicely demarcated, electricity nearby for all , etc. etc. I miss only the ducks. Super camping.

Lovely campsite. On arrival day, don't arrive at 2 o'clock like everyone else as they only have one person at reception whilst two people are only allowed in at the same time.
