Latest reviews for CAMPING LES BREUILS
We spent one night in this lovely campsite nested in a quiet area with a lot of amenities for children and teenagers. We ate at the restaurant and the food was good and service friendly. There is a really nice road just outside the campsite to go walk doggies and you’re close to go visit the citadel by foot. The only reason for 4* is the showers were quite dirty and the toilets smelled bad.
We just visited this place in July, but to everyone reading this: do not go there. We still, after several weeks, haven't received our deposit back; they just took our money and never gave it back to us!(There was nothing wrong with how we left our caravan, everything was perfect)We should have had our money in 5 working days, a couple weeks later and still... NOTHING.Terrible. Don't go there, you won't get your money (deposit) back.
Lovely site. Good range of pitches, some really big and some lakeside. Nice pool and slides. Lots of supermarkets nearby. Super close to centre of Verdun which is lovely to walk round and explore. Need long electric cables, and own soap for bathrooms. Only thing I found annoying was that there is a ladies only toilet section (main ones are unisex) yet men kept coming in the ladies only one 🙄Overall would definitely return here, great holiday 👍
It's a normal European camping experience. The showers are good. There's a restaurant and shop on site. There's also really cool looking pool that we didn't get to enjoy it, It rained most of our stay. But I really would consider it on the upper end of expensive for camping. It is walking distance to the citadel.
Overnight stop on way to Strasbourg.Friendly welcome, private pitch and a good size, facilities clean.Pool looked inviting and food looked and smelled good but didn't try either.Would stay again if in the area.
