CAMPING DES POMMIERS

Camping at a quiet location and with large pitches on grass. Typical farm campsite and close to Omaha Beach and other locations worth visiting. It features all you need for a decent price. Price vs. quality is very good. Very friendly owners.The sanitary provisions are old but clean and in perfect working order. No hassle with coins or timers for warm water in showers.To transform the one and only French "standing" toilette into a "sitting" toilet as the second toilette is would be nice.We would definitely go there again if we would be in the area again.

Excellent place to rest and relax, the pitches are very big, the common facilities are cozy and the managers of the place are super friendly, they speak French and Dutch, they gave us lots of tips and information to visit places around like Pointe du Hoc. In short: the place is great.

Nice and cozy private campsite. The owners are incredibly friendly and sympathetic. Bath and more are a bit old and worn, but work fine. The site can really be recommended for those who want to avoid the large sites with many motorhomes, caravans and screaming children. We paid 14 euros for 2 people in a tent, 1 night. Nice experience!

Nice camping owned by a friendly couple. Too many questions on a check in. A good price per night but only cash. There’s a covered kitchen that was very useful on our staying as it was raining a lot.

Verry warm welcome. All wat is needed is there. Friendly for animals.
