CAMPING MUNICIPAL DE SOISSONS

Reception manned 7a.m til 9pm. English spoken. Spacious emplacements. Some hard standing. Clean, well managed if somewhat dated sanitaires. We were there early in season so grass was a bit unkempt. Rain drained away quite quickly.East to miss the entrance to the actual site despite other directions being good.Bakery 1 kilometre away. No bread service.Public park with leisure facilities very close by.City bikes available about 200 yards from entrance for cheap and easy access to town .centre

Great municipal campsite. Perfect location for Soissons. I had tried to book before arrival but the site didn't respond to my emails. However when we arrived there were plenty of pitches so it wasn't a problem. Very quiet after midnight. Some jolly French men staying when we were there! Facilities were good if tired but kept very clean & plenty of them. Key code entry so private & secure. Site had locked gate at night so felt very safe. A good 1 night stop over for us.👍

I stayed here 2 nights. I really liked the location - right next to a huge park, and 1km from city center. There's a nice market on Sunday mornings too. There's a microwave and a place to charge phones or sit and watch TV or read a book. The pitchs are pretty standard. Everyone was respectful and quiet. Thank you

Good campsite right on the edge of Soissons town centre. A friendly team and a good welcome on arrival, good value too. Plenty of clean sanitary facilities. Large camping pitches, well tended with shrubs and hedges in between. A good stop for a night or several.

A friendly helpful welcome from the lady on duty at this lovely campsite, we paid 22 Euros including EHU. Roomy pitches separated by hedges, great facilities including nice hot showers. As an added bonus we saw a Red Squirrel and a rabbit, close to our van.
