Great for fishing! Nice place all together couldn't complain at all

My family and I stayed here for 2 nights as a stop off due to the car breaking down. we had to wait for it to be fixed so we could go to our actual destination. The staff Patrick and mimic were so helpful, cheerful and couldn't do enough for us. They took my husband to the supermarket as it was to far to walk and made sure someone took us to collect the car. We had someone who called the garage in French so we could sort everything out. The site is near a few lovely little french villages ( still need to drive). The mobile home was so clean and comfortable. The pool was really warm and lovely walks by the fishing lakes on site. I would highly recommend either as a stop off,if you like fishing or for a nice break away. We will definitely be back.

We booked in advance an overnight via TripAdvisor. When we arrived the first caravan we were offered was appalling, it was ancient with no curtains nor heating and a broken shower door. They offered a portable heater but we refused to accept . We had paid 90 Euros for one night and expected better.We were offered an alternative caravan which was a little better. However, the gas fire and cooker wouldn't ignite and there was very little bedding. They again gave us a portable heater and a lighter to ignite the hob. We reluctantly agreed to stay as time was getting on. At 19:30 we tried to use the microwave oven, which caused a power failure, we were left with only the light of our phone and we spent a night extremely cold and uncomfortable without food or hot drink. There was nobody on site to help. It was one of the worst nights we have ever had. We could not wait to leave this awful place . It is obvious that they were not prepared for the guests and that they should not have accepted our reservation. We complained to the owner who offered a full refund. A month later still no refund and the owner was ignoring our emails. Thank goodness we had booked with TripAdvisor as they kindly refunded us themselves. Avoid this place like the plague.

We came with my daughters (young adults) to spend 3 days. Very pleasant setting with the ponds and the grove, the managers are very friendly and helpful, the atmosphere is good-natured and the residents are respectful of each other, there are numerous activities for the whole family. Only downside: for the rooms, we forgot to specify "no bunk beds". My daughters are fortunately small in size.I highly recommend this campsite.
