CAMPING LA KILIENNE

A very basic campsite - you get what you pay for so shouldn't be surprised. The prices are really low, the ametities are very basic. But, the staff are very helpful and wonderfully friendly. The site is ideally located to visit most of the main northern France WW1 sites. There is a bar that serves a simple menu and the staff will keep it open as long as you drink beer or wine. There is no shop, which is a pain, however the local Carrefour Express is only a 5 minute drive. The toilet block is simple, but cleaned regularly. If only the owners spent a little money sprucing the site up it would be really good.

Luckily stayed here without the wife (motorbike trip). Wife would have made us book elsewhere as toilet block nasty!!Thank you for suggesting this is a fake Review!!!I stayed in September and reviewed in December when prompted by Google Maps. You should recognise attached photo taken at your site. Unfortunately not all reviews will be positive and mine is not the only one telling you toilets/showers unusable by most people. Please be honest and not rely with "Fake" ! Please see my other (mainly 5 star) reviews!!Your second response!! You run a business! Aggressive? You should have seen me when I saw your shower block! 🙄You are upgrading your facilities, well done.

Had a short stay here. Website is promising but in fact were shocked with the reality.The current state of electrical power outlets for caravans are well below the safety standard and it is possible to get electrocuted, which I did!A number of electrical boxes have nests for rates, which is a public health issue.No water taps for the parking areas.It's not even 1 star! Should be zero!

Unimpressed: the pool was dirty; childrens play facilities was unusable and dangerous; very basic toilet block. Not very good site wouldn't advise staying there

Very rustic old fashioned campsite full of French charm. Loved it
