Close to the town centre, a nicely laid-out site with a great swimming pool for kids, lots of curves and islands. Sanitary block is modern and kept very clean. We arrived when reception was closed but because we'd booked in advance they left our name and pitch number on a board outside reception and put a sign with our name on in the middle of our pitch.

Nice location, we stayed 1 night extra. Quiet and well maintained camping spot, with a really nice pool for the kids. Very friendly reception. We will definitely stay here again when in the neighbourhood.

A great but small camping.perfect for staying a few nights. The toilets are amazingly clean. Has a small outdoor pool and a small playground. 7/10 would recommend

Late March Visit Made most welcome from the outset. Tony always seemed to be smiling. Nothing was too much trouble and very helpful. A great site to explore the surrounding area, especially on a bike. Would certainly recommend. The facilities were always clean and well maintained with plenty of hot water. Thank you very much for making our stay an enjoyable one. Steve & Deb Parker

Site closes from 10.00 - 17.00 hours so no welcome. No indication of pitch allocation at reception. Water and electric a long way from individual pitches, although some did have full services in one area of the site, but limited. No shop or restaurant open between the hours stated. As the site is somewhat isolated opening up all day would be a bonus, not only to campers but financially to the owners
