Latest reviews for SARL RIQUET CHRISTOPHE - CAMPING LE CHAMP NEUF
Nice campsite. People lovely and nice bird sanctuary next door with an amazing restaurant.Pool nice. Little one hurt herself in the kids pool when the slide came up and onto her foot. Slide not secured properly and they said they would fix it straight away.Generally the campsite is clean but needs some fixing. Plenty of broken and loose tiles.Weird that there is no soap in the bathrooms.
Stayed here , big site with lots of private spaces for vans. Clean facilities and proper hot water. Friendly staff throughput and bakery to order on siteNear the velo maritime to get to different beachesGave it 4 stars as can’t understand why there was no soap anywhere for the toilets. Not very hygienic. Of course the pool was clean as everyone had to wear trunks as shorts are obviously dirty but unwashed hands don’t matter.
Well arranged small camping with a mix of pitches and mobile homes. We had a mobile home in a quiet part of the campsite. Some parts of the site could feel a bit "busy" and "loud". The swimming pool was a big succes with my kids.
Stayed one night. Arrived at 1230pm but reception was closed until 2pm which we had forgotten was normal in France. Queued to get booked in and then a man on a golf cart directed us to the pitch. However, he shoved us down a narrow alley to a pitch that was not the one we had been given. When we asked for the one we had been allocated he got quite animated and told us it was impossible. He was shouting and gesticulating a lot but all in French. A revisit to reception got us a more suitable pitch but he still didn’t seem very happy. Swimming pool and lazy river was good but quite cold in the building and all in all didn’t feel very welcome. Could have stayed longer but left after one night.
Great campsite, again being improved over this winter to extend the changing area for the pool. The only thing i would like to see improved is the atmosphere and opening of the bar.Best features:1. the pool2. friendly owners3. acsi card accepted
