Very nice and clean place to stay for holidays especially with children...The only problem is, if you are not paying for cleaning you will have to carry everything to clean the caravan (mop, detergent, bleach etc).As you are required to mop the floor, clean the hob, sink, windows and defrost the refrigerator as well as clean it throughly, so keep at least 2 hour or more for all this...We always leave holiday campsite nice and clean but this is a lot to do and if we are doing all this then what have we payed for?P. S the rules of cleaning are mentioned inside the toilets of the caravans so you don't know all this before making the payment. Also to mention that there is just one toilet roll in welcome pack and no handwash or dish washing liquid so make sure you have packed everything otherwise you will be spending your holidays just picking up the grocery...

(Stayed last week)Nice site, large pitches and lots of electricity hook ups and water points. Receptionist was nice and spoke good English. Pool is large but is far too cold and is definitely not 28°c ( as pointed out by others too). Also to say this is a 5 star site the showers are not very good and are not very hot and require pressing every 5 seconds. However everything is clean and tidy. Would give 5 star if the pool would have been hotter and showers too.

Probably one of the nicest sites in France. The quality of the static caravans is exceptional including the disabled, which my Father has used three times. The touring pitches are in general large, each with their own water and electric point. Having stayed here many times with many people I can thoroughly recommend it along with the owners and staff who are wonderful, friendly and kind people. I love it here.

We chose this site because it was connected in a group of sites one of which we stayed in Spain which was 5 star in every respect. Our expectations were that the standard would be near or similar, all the literature suggests that the Bar/restaurant is open from April. This being our last stop after 3 weeks travelling around France and Spain not stopping more than 1 night at any one site, we had no food on board our camper van as we departed from Calais the next morning for UK. We checked in the site at 2 o'clock, went to bar/restaurant to find it had a notice stating it opens at 5 o'clock, went back dead on 5 o'clock still closed, went for a walk to give them a bit of time to open and came back at 5.30 still closed, went to reception to be told it would not be opening until the next day in the evening. We had to de-pitch and drive 3 miles to get food as the village has no facilities at all and the on site shop carried very minimal canned food. We would not have checked in to the site if it was made clear on arrival that there was no bar or restaurant. The site itself is very noisy with children running on gravel paths and playing not only in play area but in the toilets and showers. The basins are fine if you can wash with one hand as they run on a sensor an no plugs or cold water, showers warm but on a timer and sprayed whole area even where your clothes are hung. In all site looks beautiful with many chalets, well manicured hedges and polite reception staff, but is not functional for camping with tents or camper vans.

Pro's: Nice staff, great, well-spaced campsites, lots of activities in the entertainment area, great playground for the small kids, good sports activities area next to the camping. Cons: All the paths are gravel/stones. This means that whenever somebody walks by your tent, it sounds like the Red Army is invading.. The (unisex) bathing facilities are clean, well maintained and closed from the open air, but not enough of them. Did not try the pool, but it looked great. The restaurant would not let us sit after 21.00 and the only thing for takeout was fries.. The little shop has the essentials, but at a quite hefty price, as is usual at a camping shop. Note: There is also a camping 'Camping du val d'Authie'. This is not the same camping, and is haf an hour drive from this one.
