Our 1st visit to the lovely island and this campsite is just wonderful, Christelle & Fabrice are so welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed 10 lovely nights and enjoyed it so much are hoping to return next summer. We was the only English on site for the first week and although our French is limited we still managed to converse with most of the staff. It is not a massive site which is exactly what we like and although there is no restaurant on site, food trucks come every day with different options ie. Pizza, burgers, mussles/fish/Oysters etc., You can walk into the town and the supermarket is also within walking distance. Bikes are available to hire and in high season a free shuttle bus operates, we didn't use this as we left before the season fully started but the island is easy enough to drive round and we enjoyed exploring the Island. This is in our opinion a perfect place if you don't want it too hectic and more personal attention with it being a family concern. Tres Bien - Helen & Chris Reasbeck
Lovely campsite with good size pitches and very friendly and welcoming staff. Clean sanitary block with ample hot water. Nice covered pool; easy walk to local supermarket and the town of Le Chateau.
Fantastic little campsite. Pool, now heated and covered, good and clean sanitary block, fresh bread in the morning 👍 And the Ile d’Oleron is fantastic for bike rides and of course the wonderful beaches. We loved it here and might return to this campsite!
Visited this campsite for several years. Great as its a short walk to Le Chateau. We have a tourer, amenities are very clean. Thees and indoor pool. Its a good place to stay
