We visited at the end of September. A lovely site. Very welcoming. Great facilities and walking distance to Saintes by the river. Very spacious and lots of trees and shade. There is a small swimming pool and an area for children. It was very reasonable at 16 euros no electricity. You can order bread and croissants for the following day. I would recommend this lovely site.

I had the opportunity to spend 2 nights in this campsite on a comfortable pitch. The pitches are large and I found it pleasant to be able to choose where you want to settle. The staff is friendly. The location is perfect for visiting the city. The sanitary facilities might need a little renovation. The mini golf course (very pretty) would also need renovation. Obviously work has recently been carried out with the creation of a play area for children and collective barbecues. However, I noted certain safety problems: several fire extinguishers, although indicated on the evacuation plan, were missing (since June from what I was able to understand). An emergency exit was locked with a padlock. I took the time to discuss these points and other things with the manager (a person open to discussion), she assured me that this would be resolved shortly. In short, a campsite with great potential, good luck for the fourth star.

We discovered Saintes by chance. There is also a good municipality with good reviews and we can only confirm those reviews. The campsite is conveniently located on the edge of the city center. You are not bothered by any noise whatsoever. The ladies at reception are very friendly and are happy to explain the possibilities in the area. Bread service. The campsite is not mentioned in the ACSI guide or app, but it does offer a discount. Outdoor swimming pool, children's toys available on the spacious grounds. The only downside: the sanitary areas could be kept a bit cleaner, but the sanitary installation itself is ok. Very spacious, undefined pitches, some also offer a lot of shade. If we ever pass through the area again, we will definitely come back here. A happy 70+ couple.

Large campsite with, it is true, no well-defined pitches, arriving in the off-season this placement system does not pose a problem. Summer maybe.Very friendly staffBasic but clean sanitary facilities. A little exposed to the 4 winds, so a little cool to take a shower.Presence of a swimming pool.All for €22 per night for 2 with electricity: inexpensive

Pleasant pitches, flat and shaded by large trees. Old but present swimming pool. Play area for children. Three sanitary blocks: a recent one well equipped with washing machines and dryers, and two dilapidated ones next to the tent sites. The lighting in the toilets is too bright and disturbs the campers. No paper in the toilets. Friendly welcome.
