Beautiful no frills campground. Smallish and run by very kind people. Have a drink below the magnificent trees and watch the river flow by.

Lovely reception on a short stop over for hot coffee to warm up after a rather cold period under the rain. Not staying overnight I can really add anymore. Clean friendly and quick, just what was needed. Thanks

Lovely camp site. We visit regularly not far from our home. On the riverbank. Well kept. We go for drinks when it is hot. Leafy and quiet.

Lovely spot by the river where we could swim. We did not like the pitch we were given as there was no shade.

Arrival in the rain at this pretty campsite with a cold welcome. We were at the end of the season with many empty pitches and had the misfortune of not having warned that we were bringing our arrival forward by 2 days. The manager did not even take care to tell us how the electrical terminal worked (with an adapter that we did not have) and to note the next day that having checked "electricity" when booking, the decision was firm and final. , therefore non-negotiable at the campsite if we no longer want electricity! As for the manager, she showed a contempt that goes beyond all the laws of commercial common sense. Returning to reception again, the manager was kind enough to "lend" us an adapter, with a condescending tone about the "obvious" (!) use of the electrical terminal. All these incidents could have been largely avoided if the managers had been able to show a minimum of understanding towards vacationers who are supposed to be customers who we want to take care of and not consider them only as cash drawers!
