IdyllicThis is the perfect place to chill and recharge the batteries.The staff are very friendly and helpful, on site the have a swimming pool (with amazing views)and kids "aqua zone" along with activities on the lake at high season.The bar is reasonably priced with all the usual drinks plus local brews.The restaurant is excellent using only local ingredients and again reasonably priced.

We stayed on this site for 5 nights towards the end of June. What a wonderful site. We received a lovely, sincere welcome on arrival, were shown to a sizeable, flat, pitch with full service facilities including black waste. The site was exceptionally, well maintained with regular cleaning of a large shower/toilet block. The restaurant was extremely popular, so much so that , if you were unable to book a table you could always get a takeaway and the quality of the food was particularly good. This was an idyllic site and was extremely peaceful and picturesque. Unfortunately, the weather, during our stay, wasn't particularly kind which prevented us using the swimming pool, but we nevertheless took advantage of the local walks, in this rural part of France. The owners, Claudine, Jean and son obviously took great pride in making sure their guests were well looked after and nothing appeared to be too much trouble. We will certainly be looking to return in the futur

Did not stay in the gites or cabins was on the campsite .This place is heaven so peaceful the family and staff are so friendly and helpful nothing is to much trouble good restaurant and food excellent .

Chateau De Pionsouze is a magical, tranquil paradise set within 23 hectares of countryside completely immersed with nature. You hear nothing except nature and it’s the perfect place to come to relax. We received a very warm welcome and found it hard to leave. The pitches are large and beautifully manicured. The facilities are modern and immaculate with plenty of everything you need showers and WC’s, Laundry, restaurant, bar, excellent take away food. This little bit of paradise is perfect for families and couples of all ages. We will certainly return Le Creuse is a beautiful part of France.
