Clean site and friendly staff. We enjoyed the band playing at the bar in the evening. We were hoping to use the pool on the weekend we were there but it was closed until 3pm. Also, although the site is close to the lake, it is very difficult to carry a kayak down as it is very steep.

It is a relatively small site with all the basics. For a 2 star site it is better than some higher rated sites we have stayed on. It is so peaceful and calm - very relaxing environment. You have free entry to local swimming pool right next to site which is a great pool for children. Nice walks around the lake.
