Latest reviews for CAMPING LA VENISE VERTE
Great washrooms and showers. No smells at any time. Pool area was great and loved the jacuzzi area (even though parents regularly let their children into it as well). Quiet at night and lovely reception staff. Excellent location on the outskirts of Coulon. Would definitely visit again though apart from the village and waterways there isn't much else to see nearby!
We had a lovely stay in our camper van at this site. It’s a great location for exploring the villages of Venise vert. The facilities were of a high standard and the staff were all very friendly. We also had a lovely meal in the restaurant.
Nice location handy to Coulon and you can hire bikes. Lots of beautiful cycle trails to explore. Very busy when we were there in mid August and pool was very crowded because it was extremely hot, so would be better at quieter times. Friendly and helpful reception, level grassy pitches. Clean toilets and showers.
Second time this year at this site and certainly not the last. Perfect in every way from the warm and friendly staff to the spotless sanitairesWe visited some years ago when it was part of the Flower chain. The difference now is incredible and reinforces my belief that being part of a chain is fatal to the ambience of a campsite. Sadly chains seem to be taking over big time these days.
We really enjoyed our stay here, the campsite was really peaceful and quiet and all the amenities were good. The swimming pool and hot tub were lovely too. The area is great for cycling lots of cycle routes to do from the campsite and the river was lovely to kayak on with lots of creaks to explore. The little town about a mile walk was very pretty. I would definitely go back here.
