CAMPING SANDAYA LE GRAND DAGUE

The service in de restaurant is sometimes horrible. Some waiters are good, but some are simply horrible.The houses we had were very good. At the back of the camping there is a new area with new houses which are comfortable. Be aware that if you have a house near the restaurants and swimming pool, you will encounter a lot of noise in the evening. Because of the entertainment at night which sometimes lasts until 23:00, small children might have difficulties sleeping. It is better to have a house farther away from that area.The entertainment crew is ok. Some are great but others simply not. If you leave your children with someone of the crew be aware of that.The swimming pools are a lot of fun for the children. There are plenty of them and they are large enough. It would be better is the security would pay much more attention. Sometimes there were adults playing in areas where there are small children causing dangerous moments.

Great campsite, some pitches seemed quite close but we stayed in the premium accommodation so this was more spacious. The site itself is fairly busy and not very quiet but we didn't expect or mind that it was quiet.Swimming pool was great, has a lot of areas although by 1pm all sun beds were gone even though no one was sitting on them. The entertainment was ok, although the stage isn't in the best area so it's very busy.Shop is good but more expensive then the supermarket down the road.Close to a few towns worth visiting. I would recommend a visit to Cornille Aventure, for zip line, treetops, golf etc. Great views for miles set in the middle of the countryside.

We have a great time at this park!We’ve read some reviews about this being a too busy park but we are not experiencing that right now (2nd week of July).What they can improve is the staff at the restaurant near the swimming pool. The young boy working there forgot our order twice and we left after waiting for about an hour. Besides this we are very positive about this park. We weren’t interesting at eating here anyway. Going to a town nearby is way more fun and affordable.All the good stuff:There are lots of things to do for kids, especially the young ones; many swimming pools with small and big slides, there’s always something to do at any time of the thing and the greatest thing about it is when your child is playing you can have a drink or a snack next to the playground while watching your kid. Also the kids disco is right next to the terrace.We are staying here with our tent and we see that almost every place has trees to provide shadow.Check google maps for nearby shops and you’ll see that there’s a Lidl, Aldi, Action, Bakery and many other shops.The best thing I experience here (what I find important) is that the sanitair; toilets and showers are very clean. I always see someone cleaning and I never opened a door to see a dirty toilet.We are definitely coming back!

Just spent 2 weeks here. Absolutely loved it. Campsite was clean, well run. Fantastic swimming pools, slides and fun pools. 💯

We stayed as a family of six from 27/05/2023 to 03/06/2023 in a deluxe lodge. The lodge was clean with plenty of room and a lovely large deck with shade cover and a gas BBQ we used every night. The site was quiet but everything was open. The pools and slides were superb and kept us and the kids entertained throughout the week. Evening entertainment was on even out of the high season and staff were brilliant and friendly. We loved our stay. Thank you.
