Like many, we return here to what is probably my favourite site. The pitches are spacious and relaxed. The pool area is lovely. Excellent staff who are helpful and friendly. Nice bar area with food trucks. Clean shower block. A short walk into town with all that brings. Handy for the shop, bakery and butcher’s. Easy to cycle to nearby attractions. And did I mention the amazing view of the chateau? You never tire of looking at it and filling your phone with photos of it!

One of the best campsites we have ever stayed at. The location is perfect for exploring the region. The pool is amazing, the toilets and facilities are spotless and the staff are fantastic. We can't wait to return in the future.

Informal and friendly. Excellent bar area with tables in and outside in pretty garden. Fabulous views of chateau. Lovely pool area. Easy stroll to shops, great butcher and bakery bars, restaurants. Loved this site, despite the emplacement being a bit muddy when it rained!

We were very lucky to stay at this wonderful campsite for four days , on arrival we were greeted by the wonderful/helpful staff at reception, and nothing was too much trouble. The site situation and ambience is stunning and on the River , and watching the hot air balloons flying over we will be returning next year as we both enjoyed it so much 😀 A very big thank you to all of the team . We have just returned from our most recent stay at Le Capeyrou. Like many people, we have become regular visitors to this campsite. There are lots of reasons why we keep coming back. Most important is the friendly management team who go out of their way to be helpful. There are good facilities including clean showers where you can adjust the temperature. Most of the pitches are large and many have views of the chateau that overlooks the site. There is a bar and food trucks come several evenings in high season. Opposite the site there is a grocery shop, butcher and baker. There is direct access to a riverside walk. This takes you into Beynac where there are restaurants and a few shops including a post office, ATM and pharmacy. Overall, a great base for touring this pretty area.
